Minor in Computer Science

A minor in Computer Science requires at least 20 credit hours. All classes must be completed with a grade of C or better. Students will be responsible for any prerequisites to required courses. Only 9 hours of transfer work may apply to the minor.

Minor courses are as follows:
CS 1150 Principles of Computer Science*
CS 1450 Data Structures and Algorithms*
CS 2060 Programming with C
CS 2080 Programming in UNIX
At least 9 credit hours of CS courses numbered 3000 or above (Note:  Cannot take both CS 3020 & 3060 for credit)

*GDD Majors may substitute GDD 1200 Intro to Programming for Game Developers and GDD 2200 Intro to Data Structures/Analysis for CS 1150 and CS 1450 respectively.
