Balsells Undergraduate Mobility Program
The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) was founded in 1965 and is located in Southern Colorado near the Rocky Mountains in the Western United States.
With a current enrollment of over 10,000 students, UCCS provides an outstanding educational experience to students throughout the world. The seasonal climate offers students a variety of experiences; Colorado caters to the outdoor hiker as well as the ski slope enthusiast. Colorado also has a diverse history and cultural experience.

The College of Engineering and Applied Science at UCCS is highly ranked and home to renowned researchers and professors. One of the earliest colleges in the University, the College of Engineering and Applied Science was started in 1967 after David Packard, of the company Hewlett-Packard, saw a need for a technologically trained population in Southern Colorado. Since its humble beginnings, the College now boasts an enrollment of approximately 1,300 students, which includes 144 international students (as of February 2015). Our College offers a variety of degree programs for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD seeking-students.
