Drs. Brown and Santos Receive DoD STTR Grant
Orbital Data Projections
Dr. Phillip Brown and Dr. Josue Cardoso dos Santos received a DoD Phase I STTR grant this past Fall 2024 for a project on deriving intent from orbital data using game theory. They are partnering with Astra Ultra LLC and have been active since the beginning of February 2025.
